Most people here consider it scamware. It does nothing your Mac can't do without outside help. It will also slow and destabilize your computer.

First try restarting your computer. Does a lot of good in flushing unneeded temp files.

yeah but how do I delete my uneeded languages that add up to 776 MB???
The MacKeeper app scanned my computer and found that info.

OK, I restarted my iMac✅ but the problem is still here✖, 1957 items that are ⚠useless⚠ (according to the demo version of MacKeeper)...

Since MacKeeper is a scam, it should not be trusted. The developers of MacKeeper are facing two class action lawsuits because their software claims that every single computer that is in run on is infected or has a problem, and coerce users into buying their software to fix it.
Whatever this garbage tells you needs fixing, ignore it.
