Q: iphone 6 - can't connect to laptop to upload photos.

New iphone 6 -- not a plus.

I do not have my photos automatically uploading to icloud.

However, when I connect iphone to laptop, laptop doesn't see my iphone (it always showed the phone on Explorer when I had the iphone 4).

Is there a trick to having my laptop recognize the iphone when I connect via USB?
