iPhone 4s, model MD276LL/A , iOS 8.3, capacity 16 G, version8.3 (12F70)
Possibly related to a recent upgrade, the screen remains black, and when logging on I must manually navigate to the phone once I have opened this window the incoming call does not show and calls are dropped.

Thank you for the response, point 2 the issue we, discovered the cause was failure to turn off the phone then restart. This may have been advised following the upgrade.
