How do I change the incoming mail server settings in Mac Mail?

I have a Mac 27" update to Yosemite 10.10.2. I have 25 GB free in storage. I have been having trouble with road runner email and found out today that they are changing their email settings. How do I change the incoming mail server settings in Mac Mail from pop-server.columbus.rr.com to mail.twc.com?

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10)

SOLVED--on POP type account

I had the same problem--I could not edit the Incoming Mail Server field (it was grayed out).

The solution for me ended up being in the Advanced tab.

Open Mail, Go to Preferences, then click Accounts in top nav.

Then in the left column, click on the account for which you need to change the Incoming Server info.

Click on Advanced tab and uncheck the first box "Automatically direct and maintain account settings"

***IMPORTANT NOTE

Once I UNCHECKED this box and saved the changes (to save the change, you need to click other account from left nav or close preferences window, only then do you get the prompt to save the unchecked box change).

Then go back to Account Information tab at top.

Now the Incoming Mail Server field should be editable.

Overly complicated and unintuitive, but now I am able to receive mail.

Hope this help someone.

When I get to preferences and account information the incoming mail server is grayed out and therefore can't be changed. I just found out I can't delete the account because it is being used by 'Internet Accounts'. When I open Internet Accounts it asks for my password but won't accept it because I can't connect to the internet due to the settings being wrong.
