I can't reset my itunes password

I can't reset my iTunes password because my recovery email is no longer a working email. Can anyone please advise?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

When you have to reset your iTunes password, and your primary email is no longer a functional email address, the following Knowledge Base article offers up the available options:

Since you may not know your password and you may not have setup a Recovery Key with two-step verification, your next step is likely to be the following:


Get help

Make sure that you’re entering the correct Apple ID. In most cases, your Apple ID is also the primary email address of your Apple ID account. If these steps didn't help you change your password, contact Apple Support.
