Old Hardware Restoration?

I've got a 3rd gen iPod nano that I'm thinking about restoring for nostalgic reasons. It has no major damage, but it is heavily worn from years of use. The screen is scratched and nicked, the back is rather badly scratched, and the click wheel is nearly worn out. Is there any way I could go about having it fixed or restored to better condition?
