I just downloaded Colloquial Japanese (ebook and Mp3 pack) by Junko Ogawa and Fumitsugu Enokida from the bookstore. I have the book in the library but I can't find the mp3s anywhere.

Thanks for answering. There was nothing called prelims but I found an email to request the extra content. They're asking for proof of purchase though and I don't know what that means with an iBook?
You should have received (or will receive) an email receipt for the purchase to the primary email address on your account, or you can view your account's purchase via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes - depending upon what they accept (you could try asking them first) you could forward the receipt or take a screenshot from your account's purchase history.
I had forgotten my password for the email I use with apple and it took a while to get back into it. There wasn't an email for it there then but it's since come in, still really late, I don't know why. Sent them the screenshot of purchase history and that was good enough. Thanks picas and King Penguin.
