Ever since I ugraded my new iphone to IOS 8.3 my wifi is not working. If it works it works for a couple of minutes. I have already tried reset network settings option. I am using Iphone 5s 16 gb. Please help

I have a 4S 16 GB, everything worked fine until I updated to iOS 8.3 then I lost wifi,, it just connects and then disconnects continually. I hoped iOS 8.4 would sort this out, but no such look.
It would be so much easier if Apple would let me roll back to iOS 8.2.
Seems to ne a lot of people with this problem, so come on Apple help us out.

Turn off your router for 30 seconds
Go to settings on iPhone reset network settings
After reset enter your router wireless key .
Also go to website for yout make of router check for
Firmwear update .
If you have had your router for a while ask your network provider
To replace.

I've tried resetting network settings, made sure router has latest firmware and done a full restore to my iPhone, still won't connect and if it does manage to connect, the connection falls out after a couple of seconds and then the phone refuses to find any WiFi.
Would be so much nicer if Apple would,d let me roll back to 8.2 when everything worked. I've updated to 8.4.1 in the hope that Apple would fix this problem, some hope, maybe they aren't really interested in fixing problems on older iPhones, hoping people will upgrade to newer models.
