Pushing Apps from Profile Manager to iPads

Hello,

I have been reading through a few posts on this forum regarding pushing apps to an iOS device without needing to enter the Apple ID password each time - all the posts that I've seen so far refer to pre-yosemite. What I would like to know, is it now possible to push an App to an iPad without needing to touch the iPad to put the password in? If not, does anyone know of any MDM that does, or is this a limitation of App management?

The following is an outline of what we are currently doing:

- Profile Manager is installed on a Yosemite Server

- iPads are enrolled as devices against an AD user in Profile Manager

- Each user has their own Apple ID and password, setup on the iPad:

- Apps is set to 'Automatic Downloads'

- Require Password for free apps is set to off

- Users are enrolled for Managed Distribution

- iPads have not been setup with configurator

- Apps are purchased through VPP

Thanks.
