I am not able to use my State Band of India VISA credit card in itunes store?

Hi

I want to change my payment information for that I'm putting my credit card details and submit but it says use valid payment method. While my Visa credit card is running n activated. On the other hand when i use another master card for that and its working with that.So i'm not able to understand why my card is working while i am use right method to enter my card information.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

It's a credit card, not a debit card ? Not all debit cards (based on some posts that I've seen on here) seem to be accepted by the Indian store, it's possible that not all credit cards are accepted either.

For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.
