From iTunes U to iTunes Store?

when i i click on iTunes i i get automatically directed to itune u, how do i go to the main iTunes Store?

iPad Mini, iOS 8.3

What country are you in ? Media (films, music, TV programmes) are not available in all countries from iTunes, if they aren't available where you are then all you will see in the iTunes store app is iTunes U.

THanks much! The country i currently leave does not its own iTunes store, so i replaced it in settings with the country i am from and eventually got full access to the store

You have to be in a country to use its store, that is part of the store's terms (terms which you agreed to) - violating the terms could result in Apple permanently disabling the account.
