How do I re-install MY itunes from cloud to new Windows PC

I have a new windows 7 pc. Backed everything up. Re-installed ITunes onto pc from back-up, but appears corrupted/files missing, deleted ITunes and downloaded from internet. I still cannot access my account (music, audiobooks etc). Would appreciate your help as it contains my entire collection

Thank you for your reply. My tunes are backed up to the cloud, audiobooks are synced from Audiobooks are also backed up to same.

Its the back-up from the cloud that I wish to access in order to re-access from my computer. Clicking on my phone icon (where you see capacity, phone #, serial etc, ) I can see the sync icon. I can see music currently on phone. But how can I access my ITunes library. Please don't say I have lost all
