Trackpad and keyboard not found

Hi

My MBA's (13" mid 2013) trackpad and keyboard are just not working anymore, it said "no trackpad found" in setting tab.

Problem is they are fully functioning: they are ONLY working in login screen, after login they are dead.

Funny thing is in OSX recovery they are not working as well

Things I have tried:

- Reboot

- Verified/repaired disc (permission)

- Reset PRAM

- Reset SMC

- Passed apple diagnostic test

Please advise, I think it is a software issue? Hopefully there is a simple fix...😟
