Setting up Smart Playlists - booleans

I have a list of songs in iTunes which I would like to separate through smart playlists. My Genres are mainly listed in the Grouping fields as I like to separate the Main Genre with a Sub Genres. I have a smart playlist which is called Trip-Hop,Downtempo. The rules are specific to contain Trip-Hop or Trip Hop or Downtempo. But I would like to make sure tracks with a Grouping of Hip-Hop or Genre of Hip-Hop in the naming is not included? How do I do this?

Lister,

Add two more rules to your playlist, and make sure the nesting is correct:
