error code -102

My MacBook Pro randomly shuts down. The error code is -102

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it. Someone thought it was a SMC error but I've reset the SMC several times and confirmed I'm doing it right by talking to a tech at the Apple Store. They weren't sure what -102 is but thought it might be SMC related.

Would really like to resolve this so I can use this notebook.
