Slow startup

Hello!

From 1 week, I have a new Macbook Pro Retina 13', i7, 16GB and 256 ssd HD.

When I push the button of start, MB spends 38 seconds in show my login form.

If a try this, in my Imac from 2011, i5, 12 gb and sata 500 hd. It spends 40 seconds.

Apple's Service Tech, said me that it's is normal. But I think that isn't true. It's impossible.

4 years later and a ssd hd, better CPU, more RAM and I only win 2 seconds?? I watched videos of retina 2014 that starts in 14 seconds.

Somebody with the same problem or same response time?

Thanks a lot!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Select Macintosh HD as the Startup Disk.

“Set the default startup disk” http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1310

Hmm that's rather a sad state of affairs:

"If a try this, in my Imac from 2011, i5, 12 gb and sata 500 hd. It spends 40 seconds."

What OS is that machine running? Size?

Here's my early 2011 MBP i5 13" 8 GB RAM OWC 6 G 120 GB SSD, running10.9.5:
