My Commentator Notes don't appear when doing a Keynote presentation

Hi all,

I've produced a presentation using Keynote and set my preference to 'Show Commentator Notes', yet when I play my presentation, the notes don't appear!

Obviously, this causes real issues in trying to remember all information that support my many varied slides.

I'm running the presentation on my MacBookPro which I usually use with an additional screen attached.

When I run the Presentation on two monitors I can see the notes, but when I run it on a projector - I can't.

Can anyone help?

Charles

I have this exact problem.

From your post this is a separate issue from the original post

To setup for showing presenter notes:

1 - Connect the second display to the Mac:

Apple Menu > System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement > deselect the option for Mirror Displays

2 - with Keynote open:

Keynote > Preferences > Slideshow > Enable Presenter Display

Play > Customise Presenter Display: ensure Presenter Notes is selected
