Q: flashes blue screen and then restarts

I bought this Ipad 4 months ago.

At first, there are no problems with it. but about 1 months later, on a day, when I take it from my bag, it restarted itself even I hadnt do anything before that. I thought that updating the system would fix it. But after having updated to OS8.2 and 8.3, the problem just gets worse. I dont know what's wrong with it. Can somebody let me know how to fix my ipad?

Exam is coming. I need to use it more. Please help!

iPad Mini, iOS 8.3

First, try to power reset the device - press the circular "on" button and the power tab on the upper right corner for about five seconds. This probably won't work, but I have to mention it.

    Another user suggested this solution:

    Use recovery mode

You might need to use recovery mode to restore your device in these cases:

    • iTunes doesn't recognize your device or says it's in recovery mode.
    • You see the Apple logo onscreen for several minutes with no progress bar.
    • You see the Connect to iTunes screen.

Learn what to do if you see the progress bar onscreen for several minutes. To put your device into recovery mode, follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your device and leave it off.
    2. Plug in your device's USB cable to a computer with iTunes.
    3. Hold down the Home button on your device as you connect the USB cable. Keep holding down the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
    4. When you see this screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 again.

When your device is connected, iTunes will open. You'll see a message saying that iTunes has detected an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in recovery mode.

After recovery mode is completed do not restore your back up reinstall everything as if new.

If that doesn't work, you can go to your Apple Store for a repair or replacement; your device is still in the warranty window.

You can also back-grade the OS, but this involves deleting your settings and documents; if you backup through iTunes, you should be able to recover your basic settings. People have had lots of success with this. http://www.redmondpie.com/how-to-downgrade-ios-8-to-ios-7.1.2/

Apparently, quite a few people have suffered this problem, so you're not alone.
