NO SERVICE on Ipad Air after update 8.3 iOS

Hello After I update my Ipad Air to iOS 8.3, say ”No Signal” on top of the screen, I reset this ipad to factory settings an still not working. Please Help Me

I see you are experiencing an issue connecting to the cellular data network on your iPad Air. If you have not already resolved this issue, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps in the attached article below.


If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data
