Forgot my passwords how can I Encrypte the acess to my files

I bought my MacBook Pro in Malasia KL last year

sence 2010 I am a world working traveler as an

Tecnical Adviser for Communication

just arrived in Brasil one month ago to do my masters not to work.

i am having many problems with my Apple equipment

i change to Apple because It's a wonderful worldwide company and

I thought that I never would have to format an apple MacBook Pro

and lose all my files.

PS: already call suporte line helps and with them I

already try internal commands

and the solution presented by the apple store care solution that they forward me

is to format my MacPro

can someone help me to encripetd my file vault and my disks

or to do a clone of my disk with out going out of the country.
