Everytime I connect my ipod to itunes it asks to restore it from a backup
I tried restoring it several times and uninstalling and re-installing iTunes but the problem still continues.
iPod touch, iOS 8.3
- Try another cable when you next restore.
- Try restoring to factory settings/new iPod, Do NOT restore from backup
- Try restoring on another computer.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
