Greetings! Ever since I updated my Ipad with IOS 8.3 my Gmail passwords are not working. This is on my IPAD Air. My Note 2 and Windows 8.1 laptop are working fine using the same passwords. This has been going on since this morning.
There is obviously a problem. Is there a solution?

That may have something to do with iOS 8.3 support for Google (gmail) 2 factor authentication. I've heard some have successfully "fixed" it by restarting the device. If that doesn't resolve it, try deleting and adding back your gmail account.
I have the same annoying problem. I have tried deleting the account and re-adding it. It works for a few days and then I get the error.
I tried creating an app specific password from google, but I cannot use it when trying to set up the account. It requires the regular password and the 6 digits.
As ShagCA said, the problem is related to new authentication added in iOS 8.3 (OAuth?).
Some kinks still need to be ironed out.
