why do i dont have iTunes Store app

I have a iPod 5 Gen but I cant find an iTunes Store App. I checked if iPod's have the App and they supposed to have the App built-in but I cannot find the App what so ever.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 8.3

The iTunes Store app looks like this:

If you don't see it on one of your home screens, it may have been moved into a folder by mistake. Look for a folder on your home screens and see if the icon is in it. You can also use th Spotlight search to look for the iTunes Store.

That app can be Hidden by setting a Restriction. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and check.

Note it any Restrictions are set a passcode is required to change the Restrictions. It does not have to be the same passcode as for the screen-lock
