Changing Table of Contents Leader Color
Is it possible to change the leader color in Pages?

Pages v5 won't allow you to select, and colorize the leader dots — only the entire TOC line. Outside of the TOC, you can select leader dots between tab endpoints, and change their color. You can then add a character style to automate that coloration for future need.
