Boot up 3x slower after 12th April update

Question

Hello, After the last Apple update (12th April) my boot up time is up from 15 to 50 seconds. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Backup the computer.

Apple released a software update that should resolve this issue.

Launch App store and click Update tab.

Install OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Supplemental Update 10.10.3

Select Macintosh HD as the Startup Disk.
