Magic Mouse hates browsing

It seems, my Magic Mouse want me to stay off the internet. When ever I open a browser, be it Safari or Chrome, and starts browsing around for a bit the mouse starts shuttering and lagging. Its like the movements aren't been captured smoothly anymore.

Rebooting fixes the problem, until well, I open a browser again.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. reboot computer
  2. start a browser (chrome or safari tested)
  3. browse around for a bit
  4. boom, drunk mouse

Additional notes:

  • After rebooting, I have tried using programs such as Mathematica and Lightroom for long stretches, without opening a browser, this leaves the mouse in fine working condition. Almost the second I open a browser, it breaks.
  • Using a USB mouse works fine, so I believe its bluetooth related, thus why I have posted it in this category.

Any help
