itunes music disappeared on PC and iphone

Really weird situation. I was in the middle of listening to an iTunes song on my iPhone 4s when the song suddenly stopped playing and I found that all my playlists had disappeared. All I have now is that U2 album. When I pull up iTunes on my PC, I found it empty too. No playlists, no songs, nothing. None of my iTunes music had been bought from the iTunes Store but had been downloaded from CDs.

None of my music had been backed up so I am really at a loss as to how to get anything back.
