Appointments show 1 hour early using Outlook

iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.3:

If you add the appointment from iphone time shows correctly but if you add appointments from Outlook, the phone shows them 1 hour early. Already verified the location settings in the iphone (Location Settings), verified the time zone in the computer, same as Outlook; also verified the time setting in the iphone (Automatic Time). The devices are:

  • iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.3 from AT&T
  • Dell Inspiron with Windows 7
  • MS Office 365 (2013)
  • Email is from corporate exchange, MobileIron run the settings

Note that the issue started when the Daylight Saving Time ended this year. We're currently in Puerto Rico, where we don't observe DST. Other users with older iphone models (example: iPhone 5, 5c, 4, 4S) are working fine.
