Cant erase my Iphone 4.
Trying to erase my Iphone 4.
I go to general "erase all content" click yes.the screen goes black with the spinning thing in the middle.It has been on that for atleast 12 hours ? Any suggestions ?

Reset the device. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. It seems the process is stuck.
