macbook is running slow despite updated ios

my macbook has been running very slow for the last few month. I have updated my ios, have lots of disk space free and don't usually have lots of programs running in the background and yet it is very slow. What should I do? I ran an EtreSoft check and this is what it returned, but I don't know what it means.

Can someone help me?

Please review the options below to determine which method is best to remove the Adware installed on your computer.
