Updated iphone 6 to 8.3 and emails are now deleted from server when deleted on iPhone. "Delete from server" options was removed from "incoming settings" in advanced email settings.

Since Comcast updated to IMAP, the only way to set up your mail as POP is to fool the iPhone Mail application when you go to set it up. Delete the account from the phone. Then go back to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account. Now, when you put in your email address, then password, purposely make a mistake in your password. This will prevent the account from verifying, and then you will be able to choose if you want POP or IMAP. Go ahead and choose POP, then correct your password, and then enter the correct details for Comcast's POP account. Make sure you get your server settings correct.
My email accounts with Roadrunner (Time Warner) are POP accounts. The iPhone 5s (using IOS 9) is still deleting all emails from there server. Which means when my iMac come out of sleep mode it has no emails to download.
Go to Settings/Mail,Contacts,Calender. Tap on the email account. At the top, does it say "POP account" or "IMAP"?
If it says POP scroll down and tap Advanced. Under Incoming Settings tap on Delete from Server and change it to Never.

No, they did not. The exact settings Lawrence speaks about exist in iOS 9.2 on my device. After you go to Mail, you click on the particular account, the tap on the address and you will see the Advance on the bottom of the page.
It's still there on my POP accounts. It was never an option for IMAP, iCloud, Hotmail, Yahoo or Exchange accounts.

ADVANCED is NOT under "Incoming Settings". It is all the way at the bottom.
Thanks, Chris. I did find the Advanced options by tapping the account. However, there under "Incoming Settings" there is no option to select "Never" from "Delete from Server."
Again, when you go into the account, as Lawrence asked, does it show IMAP or POP? That will determine additional settings. If you are not seeing Server settings, then it may be configured as IMAP.
