Resetting Settings

Hello,

I tried resetting my settings under general settings on my iphone 5 then my phone went into rebooting mode and then turned off . I tried turning it back on but the logo popped up as usual but my phone never came on the screen just shows the apple logo and its been like this for hours. What do i do?

I have a Iphone 5 iOS 6 i believe.
