I also ordered the stainless steel 42 mm with black sport band at 12:03 and havent had my card charged and its still processing my order. I hope that changes soon so we can get ours on friday!

I have the same model coming and it's also just changed to "Preparing..." Confirmation email was 5 min before yours. Of course my separately-ordered 2m charge cable will be here Thursday, all lonely with nothing to charge 😉

Bought the 42mm SS Black Sport Band and the 42mm space gray aluminum on 4/10 recieved confirmation at 3:04 EST, delivery date of 4/24-5/8 and it's Still processing. No CC charges yet. So I'm pretty sure they wont be arriving by Friday. Maybe I lucked out by buying two of the most popular apple watches. 😟

I'm trying to stay positive. It really looks like the 42mm Black Sport is the one that many of us are waiting on... It is still Tuesday... If this many of us are waiting, and most of us ordered within 3-5 min of midnight there is a bigger play here and we will suddenly start seeing all of us updating shortly. I haven't seen 1 post of a 42mm Black Sport updating yet.

Staying positive. I have been told you could get your shipping information as late as Thursday and still get it on Friday. Happened with the iPhone 6. Still no charges but that doesn't mean it won't happen for me.

Well accor to that earlier post we will be the last if they are sending all the odd orders first.

I tend to think that anyone who got the 4-24-5-8 shipping date will get their watch on Friday. It really doesn't make much sense, otherwise. Apple tends to give much more nebulous timeframes--"May," or "Four to six weeks." The dates tell me that they left some leeway for shipping delays, but if one watch (of a particular category) is in the country, they all should be.

Apple hires entire 747s to fly launch day products to the States, it's not like they called FedEx, who picked them up in China one by one. I'm sure they're all here already and fulfillment is what's taking time.

At least, I hope so...

CC just got charged and order changed to prepare to ship. All within last hour.

I ordered 42 mm SS Melanese loop, got email confirmation at 03:13am ET, the estimated delivery is May 13 - May 27. Is there any possibility of me getting it earlier than May 1st week?

If not , should I try at the stores on launch day?

Stores will not have any watches on Friday, and theres a small chance you may get it as there has been reports that some models are shipping to second wave pre orders.

are any of the people who have been charged and seen their order status change part of the 5/13-5/27 grouping or are you all first wave?
