Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

I'm not sure on time, but it was on 4/20/15. And as of now, the charge is still pending but im sure it'll go through tomorrow or Thursday.
I Got charged for my aluminum space grey sport a few hours ago, and have the "preparing for shipment" message as well
Ordered 42mm Space grey sport at 12:03 on 4/10. Still no charge on CC or any change to status. I am from NC...Wonder if the location has anything to do with it.

Illinois here. I have both a 42mm Steel (ordered 12:03PDT ship 4/24-5/7) and a 42mm Space Grey Sport ordered 12:06PDT ship 5/13-5/21) no change in processing for either so far. So it doesnt look like location based.
I'm sure things will change in the next few days to Preparing to Ship to Shipped and I'm sure if you were quoted w/ a ship date of 4/24-5/8, that you'll get it on launch day.

Same here. 42 Space Gray, ordered at 3:03 EST. CC charged and status changes around 5pm EST on the 20th.
I'M also waiting for any type of update on my 42mm space grey black sport band. I am finding not seeing any changes with so many others seeing updates very discouraging. It is now late and hopefully we get an update tomorrow. I am thinking more and more that I won't be seeing my watch on Friday. I hope I'm wrong but that is how it is looking. Ugh!
My Wife's says preparing to ship" 38mm white sport, Mine is still sitting with a June ship date " 43mm Black sport" Im so Jelly !! :-)
It could always come on Thursday and you could still get the Watch on Friday. What is your shipping slot? 4/24-5/8?
I'm in California, ordered the exact same model and at the exact same time. No charges or movement yet.
I just got notice of the item shipping. I ordered the SS Classic Buckle 42mm Within. 20 seconds of going live on the Apple Store app. My card was charged yesterday, two hours later it changed to preparing or shipment, and now, about 24 hours later there is wind of it shipping. For me it's coming UPS next day air, so don't fret all you who are waiting. There is still time. With my iPhone 6 I actually didn't get notice until the day of that I would be getting it. When these things happen they happen real fast.
FwIW, I live in MO and its shipping out of Mout Juliet, TN. Interestingly, it says the shipping label was created on a date that works out to be this coming Thursday. Apparently Apple has a working time machine as well.
