Apple Watch Shipping Notices

Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

thanks

I got my order on on 4/10 at 12:03 PST - at least that is the time on the email from Apple acknowledging the pre-order. And no, as of this evening my status has not changed from Processing Your Order to Preparing for Shipment.

I sincerely doubt if anyone will see that update until at the earliest next week. And even if they do ship, Apple's policy in the past for new releases is that the shipping company does not deliver before the release date. (Now I am sure that there are some stories about a mistaken early delivery - or perhaps a hefty tip to the UPS or FEDEX driver......)

Well everyone, mine is officially on my wrist as I am writing this! It has been a long month (little over that).

I want to thank those who I was waiting with in this forum. It made it better that we all were BSing and waiting together.

I send good vibes to everyone on this forum who hasn't gotten theirs yet!

Good vibes all around!!!!

Thank you to all of you once again for making this waiting experience better!

I don't know how Apple does their shipping from China, but this is what kills me: Condor33 ordered a SG BSB on May 11 and it was shipped out Saturday, most likely charged on Friday. Another person said that they ordered a SG BSB on May 21, card was charged Sunday, shipped Monday. That seems like Apple is getting their watches out in good short order. I ordered mine on May 27, but still no movement. Am I just trying to make too much sense of this?

That's better than, "We're sorry, a TSA employee made off with your watch. Please contact Apple to order another one. Oh, and the TSA employee thanks you."

Should have mentioned in my previous post...

Apple Watch Sport 42mm Space Gray Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band

Ordered on April 30

It comes in a rectangular cardboard box about 3x3x14 inches, which is surprisingly heavy - about one Kg. Given the size and weight, you'll think they sent you a 12 inch adjustable wrench. Inside is a slightly smaller box, all white in typical Apple style. This box is very solid, which accounts for most of the weight. The packaging inside that box is similar to the way an iPhone is packed. The watch was 92 percent charged, so I was able to start experimenting with it right away. From the time I started to cut open the outer box until I had a fully functional Apple Watch on my wrist was about half an hour.

bkprettygirl,

Bet his was not the Space Black link bracelet. Don't think his post says with one. Think the silver link has been shipping, but think yours and mine are the Space Black Link. There is another site that I have been checking where you can see status of specific configurations people have entered. It is http://ordertracker.me/. Enter your configuration & hit "filter". Looks like the latest shipment for the Space Black, SS, Space Black Link shown there is an order that was placed first day at 3:30am. I question the one which shows shipped that was ordered at 3:05 in afternoon of first day.
