Apple Watch Shipping Notices

Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

thanks

Hoping to see some movement in my order soon too. I bought two placing the orders as quickly as possible on 4/10 at 3am - an Apple Watch SS with classic band and an Apple Watch Sport Black - with black sport band. The Apple watch sport, placed first, received a May 13-May 27 delivery, and the Apple Watch SS was assigned a April 24-May 8. I have to admit, it's been hard not getting either on April 24, especially since others, who ordered after, are receiving them, posting reviews, etc. I'm sure there is some logistics reason that this is happening, but social media makes it possible to see stuff like this, which probably might happen in the past, but it was not possible to find out about it. Anyway, really looking forward to getting and learning about this new device. I have a Pebble watch right now, which constantly misses notifications and displays scrambled information on the screen sometimes, but I've been looking forward to the upgrade in functionality. Using a Pebble, though, convinced me that it is useful to get notifications on your wrist. Being able to respond will be even better. I almost bought the Pebble Time, but really like the Apple ecosystem, so I went with the Apple Watches.

I got up at 3pm est in Virginia and tried to order my watch over the phone and got a lady who tried to complete my order for thirty minutes and eventually told me she could not complete my order that I would have to hang up and order on line. I completed my order at 0339 which was 0039 on the west coast and still they tell me I can't get mine until June all because the lady keep me on the phone for thirty minutes and got an attitude when I got upset that should could not complete my order. I should not have to wait so long because the associate on the phone didn't know her job. I hope apple will send me my watch faster than June!

@Sharon

I ordered a pink sport 38 mm with a confirmation at 3:03 EST. I've not moved past processing at this point. To say the least I'm extremely frustrated. I understand they gave a 2 week delivery window for a reason, but as people have stated before... I have a problem with orders placed quite a bit later than ours being filled. What further aggrevated me was the fact that when I called Friday, I asked about this and I was told that there was a discrepancy with what people were claiming and it wasn't true. I know it isn't possible for everyone to receive their watch on launch day, but this is ridiculous. They need to quit keeping their customers in the dark. I would just like an honest/direct answer from Apple as to what exactly is going on with my order.

Sorry for the rant, and thanks for listening. #stuckinprocessing

Add me to the list of those who ordered a Stainless Steal Apple Watch with a black band early, and has not received it.

Added to that, I tried to buy one in London... and the experience has been very bad.

Selfridges (a department store with an Apple Watch corner) had announced they would sell it on the 24th, and confirmed that on twitter. I queued with a few other people and there was no watch.

Another store had announced they will have it, it's the very trendy Dover Street Market.

Went there, a few people had formed a queue. Their website said you needed to call a number to book an appointment to buy the watch. Needless to say that the number was always busy. Most of us in the queue called repeatedly, maybe 200 times, and never got through. It wasn't a switchboard where you were placed in a queue, but a normal line.

We were told not to queue, so after a while I left... only to realize that after a while they admitted the system didn't work and they did let the people in. (I saw that on twitter) so I went back to the store at 3PM and there was a small queue, someone closed the queue with a rope right in front of me, and said he's closing the queue for the day....

I am a dev, and some people are using my app on their watches, an not me! That's cruel!
