Q: Apple Watch Shipping Notices

Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

I got my order on on 4/10 at 12:03 PST - at least that is the time on the email from Apple acknowledging the pre-order. And no, as of this evening my status has not changed from Processing Your Order to Preparing for Shipment.

I sincerely doubt if anyone will see that update until at the earliest next week. And even if they do ship, Apple's policy in the past for new releases is that the shipping company does not deliver before the release date. (Now I am sure that there are some stories about a mistaken early delivery - or perhaps a hefty tip to the UPS or FEDEX driver......)

    Opinion: It is in appropriate to ask some one to stop posting here just because they disagree with you, especially if that person has not yet received their watch.

    deggie has not accused you of being untruthful.  In fact, he specifically said he believes you. However, you seem very agitated about the whole thing. A suggestion that, rather than keep posting here (where no one can give you any more information) and instead, call Apple directly, doesn't seem to be anything other than kind.

    At 10:02 pm my cc was charged. Still no change on apple. More updates to come.

    Any guesses on how long it will take to go from preparing to ship to shipped on a Saturday night.

    I ordered it at 0003 hrs. on 10apr. confirmed at 0004 hrs same morning then on the following Friday evening Apple charged my card. On Saturday evening the 25th, Apple processed it & made it ready for UPS.

    It took a pretty long time to go from preparing to ship to shipping.  I got my shipping notification at 6:38 pm EST on the 29th and received the watch at 12:30 pm the next day.  I recall that the credit card was charged and it went to preparing to ship around 7 am EST.  My guess is you will get it Monday.

    MY 42mm Space Grey Sprt just moved to preparing for shipment and my CC was charged this morning. It had a May 13-27 ship date...

    Thanks for that information. My conformation email came at 12:08 on the 10 and just yesterday my status changed to prepairing to ship. I ordered the 42mm SS loop.

    Never fear, watches are still moving. I purchased the 38mm sgs bsb. Confirmation of 3:12est and delivery window of May 13-27. CC charged and preparing for shipment early this morning.

    SSame here I ordered a 42mm at bsb on april 10th at :06 got preparing for shipping round 1am card got charge round 8am so hoping i get it tomarrrow

    I have exact same on mine Scott, except it went to preparing to ship yesterday. It is strange because I have two watches on order. The 42 mm BSB, and the 42 mm Milanese Loop. The Milanese Loop has a deliver date of by the 8th of May, and the BSB has May 13-27, but appears it will get here first as it has already hit my card yesterday and now says Preparing to Ship. Anyone know how long once your card is charged before it delivers.

    I ordered the 38mm SGS Black band originally down for delivery between 12 and 27/5. Changed to preparing for shipment on Friday afternoon and then to despatched later in the evening. The frustrating thing is that it is being delivered by UPS who don't do Saturday delivery unless you have non standard delivery and don't let you collect, so my watch is stuck at their depot until Tuesday which is about 10 miles from where I live. You would think that Apple would either choose a courier who delivered on a Saturday or allow you to pay more for a Saturday delivery. Feeling a tad frustrated.
