Q: Apple Watch Shipping Notices

Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

I got my order on on 4/10 at 12:03 PST - at least that is the time on the email from Apple acknowledging the pre-order. And no, as of this evening my status has not changed from Processing Your Order to Preparing for Shipment.

I sincerely doubt if anyone will see that update until at the earliest next week. And even if they do ship, Apple's policy in the past for new releases is that the shipping company does not deliver before the release date. (Now I am sure that there are some stories about a mistaken early delivery - or perhaps a hefty tip to the UPS or FEDEX driver......)

    What time did you receive your confirmation email form Apple? What model did you order?

     

    If you've read through all of this you would see that 3:08 isn't really super early. What was the estimated delivery range in your letter?

    AT 3:08 it was 42 space grey sports band then the one we already got was ordered a few days later and same exact watch  42 space grey sport 

     

    not  why or how the second order was delivered already.

    SSince you are in the Blue Loop club with me, thought i'd let you know that my correctly sized standalone medium band has moved up a week for shipping. Now states 5/23-6/1.

     

    HOping our watches may dispatch a week early, too! Fingers crossed.

    Well I ordered a 42 mm ss ML on 4/10 around 9am.  Expected delivery date is 5/13-5/28.  I have seen no movement from my cc and they need to hurry up and charge me soon before I spend the money .  They would need to charge my card today or tomorrow for me to be able to get it by 5/13 which is next week.  I see people are seeing movement which is great!!!!! But I am tired of wearing my basic watch!!!!! LOL

    OOrdered a 42mm ss with blue loop - confirmation 03:07- date was 5/13-27.

     

    just got an email from apple stating it will ship in 2-3 weeks. Uggggggggh

    Cool!   Thanks for that Jourdan, here's hoping that mine will move a bit faster as well, and not run on right through to its's extremely vague "June" shipping estimate!!

    I Ordered 42mm space grey with black band around 8.05 , status just changed to preparing for dispatch. Dundee , UK

    Ordered same watch same day, received it yesterday. Once it goes to Preparing to Ship you will have in couple days. Hang in there, they are worth the wait.

    Ordered 2 Apple watches on 04/19/2015:

     

    1) Received on 04/24/2015 (i know luck) - It was the 38mm Sport With Blue Sports band.

    2) Still processing 42mm Stainless Steel With Link Bracelet. - Estimated Ship Date June.

     

    What i would like to know is if there is an updated status as to when these will ship?

    We have ordered additional bands and those will be in before the 42mm watch.

     

    Not upset at all.. but would like to know if there is any chance that i could see a better estimate rather than "Available to Ship June"

    Is there a way to find out where you are in the Queue?

    Call Apple and ask them. We can't see what the status of your specific order is. If it hasn't been updated on the order status page for your order, then there is no updated status.

    I ordered my 42mm SS with black leather loop on 4/10 @ 3:14am EST (12:14am PST). I was given the same deliver date as most of you May 13-27. I contacted Apple today regarding an update and times being pushed further. The rep told me my order was fine and there is no delay on the order so expect the watch delivered May 13-27. I have noticed that it's mostly the 42mm watches that are delayed (could be wrong). Hope any of this helps. I'm being optimistic in that all of us with the May 13-27 dates will get our watches at the appropriate time. Cheers guys.

    I have the exact same thing as you - time, watch type etc...and the reps told me the same thing. I am hoping that my card gets charged by sunday or monday to be delivered by wednesday!

    Please provide your source. NO orders have been "delayed". Since the end of the first shipping window, it is not possible for that to have happened yet.

    Source?? Really? Not saying it's a fact.  I just said that's what I've noticed from the various watch related forums. I did say I could be wrong. 38mm being delivered before 42mm. Even the Apple store has 38mm watches shipping before 42mm. I did read a couple of customers stating, on other forums, that they received another email saying the order will now deliver in July instead of May. Again it's what I've read/noticed and obviously can be wrong.
