Q: Apple Watch Shipping Notices

Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

thanks

I've started a page on my site to track orders, once I get enough data, I'll present it in a nice visual so you can see when you watch will get there.

Go to http://www.thejumpstarters.com/apple-watch/ and fill out the form, I'm hoping to have enough data within a day or 2.

    Thanks!

Not a good idea asking for order numbers!

I ordered on 4/10 at 3:03 est, 2 minutes into the pre-sale, a 42mm stainless steel with link bracelet. My shipping window is 5/13-5/27. I am still processing!!! Has anyone with the link braclet started to ship? I was very hopeful for an early ship date based on all the comments but no luck. Just cant believe at 2 minutes in and still nothing.

Great idea on the site, but I'm not willing to give up my order number. No one else should be willing either. I'll be honest, I'm extremely skeptical about putting my info into the site because of you asking for my order number. I would highly suggest taking that requirement off. Also, I think you should add another option for the Space Black link bracelet seeing as the manufacturing for the regular link bracelet significantly differs from the Space black link bracelet.

I ordered the Space Black version but I'm at 18 minutes past preorder openings. I know that they just started shipping out the link bracelets by themselves, so maybe that means those watch models will ship soon after. I actually ordered another Space Black model to see if it would beat the other one. Mainly just to see if there is in fact some glitches with the system. I have already had apple care pending for that one twice in the past week.

Obviously Apple is terribly behind.  I ordered on 4/10 at 9:24am a 42mm SS ML with a shipping window of 5/13-5/27.  Nothing whatsoever and I always get stuff ahead of predicted shipping date.  But this will not be the case this time.

Received my 38 mm SS classic buckle on 5/11. Ordered on 5/7.

38 mm SS modern buckle ordered on 4/10 still processing. Scheduled for delivery May 13-27.

I was scanning the Apple site and noticed for a brief moment on 5/7 that the 38 SS classic had a 1-2 week shipping window, so I went ahead and placed an order. That's back out to a 3-4 week shipping window. I'm glad I did. I like the classic buckle just fine and I'm a little concerned the band I ordered with the modern buckle will be too small. I plan to keep the order for the modern band watch in place for a little while to see if it might ship within the 14 day return window.

The watch works just fine and I'm not noticing any delays on apps, they seem to load and operate just fine.

I ordered my Apple Watch stainless steel black with the link bracelet at 12:04 PDT on April 10 and my order is still in process, a black sport on the same time and nothing has changed since then.... on the 11th I order a pink sport and that one said June and it is on the way for delivery today....

So Apple is preparing to ship my extra sport band, but I just checked on my Space Black watch expected delivery and they updated the ship date from "June" to " Delivered by June 30th" You've got to be kidding me. I don't understand why I already have the apple care charged when I'm not getting the watch until then. I understand that the apple care doesn't start until activation of the watch, but it just doesn't make any sense.

I ordered the space grey SS with link bracelet on 4/10 12:20AM shipping date 5/13- 5/27.   Having seconds thoughts now.  Does any one know if i change my order to a SS with sport band if it will put "to the back of the line" in terms of shipping?... Am I better off making a trade with someone who already purchased?

just wondering if anyone has changed their orders.

I ordered 42mm SS with BSB, 4/10 with confirmation email 6:11AM EDT. Estimated delivery was 5/13-5/27.

Order switched to Preparing for Shipment sometime yesterday or this morning.

Good to know hot_spur.  I ordered the exact same one about 2 hours after you so I'm hoping that means mine should be changing to "preparing for shipment" in the very near future.  My date range for delivery was the exact same as yours.

This is so disappointing. I can't believe they are still working on orders during the 3:00 - 3:10am window. That's insane. I wish they would give us some kind of official statement instead of radio silence

Did they miss the delivery window that you were promised when you ordered? No? Then they are NOT behind.

While this is usually true, the fact that they have been delivering a large percentage of watches significantly earlier than the shipping quotes tells us they mean nothing. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE ANYMORE
