Q: Apple Watch Shipping Notices

Just curious if anyone has received a shipping notice yet for their Apple Watch If they were lucky enough to get an early delivery date (24th). I know if is probably a bit early but worth asking.

I got my order on on 4/10 at 12:03 PST - at least that is the time on the email from Apple acknowledging the pre-order. And no, as of this evening my status has not changed from Processing Your Order to Preparing for Shipment.

I sincerely doubt if anyone will see that update until at the earliest next week. And even if they do ship, Apple's policy in the past for new releases is that the shipping company does not deliver before the release date. (Now I am sure that there are some stories about a mistaken early delivery - or perhaps a hefty tip to the UPS or FEDEX driver......)

    TThe 24th was not marketed as the day.  We All had a 2 week window!!!  What I read was they would begin shipping on the 25th

    It kind of was marketed as "the day" - I think that people were used to the way the iPhones/iPad launches happened where if you stayed up you were pretty much guaranteed to get it on release day.  Plus - the watch IS actually available in some select shops tomorrow.

    DDon't know if anyone else has posted this yet but watches are physically moving now. I'm in MO and my watch shipped out of Louisville KY an hour ago or so. I figure that if you live in this area of the country and didn't make it on that flight you probably won't see your watch for at least another day. I'm sure UPS is only moving planes once a day between locations. Typically my stuff goes through St Louis but it could be heading toward Lenexa. Hope everyone gets what they are looking for tomorrow.

    Lots of movement today!  In a few hours it went from Processing, to Preparing, to Shipped.  To be delivered after 3pm tomorrow!  Happy camper here.

    Does anyone else have it where you got the email confirmation from Apple for shipping and delivered by 4/24, and when you check the UPS it just says order processing and ready for UPS? It only says it's coming from tthe TN facility. So I don't have tracking information. Only the label created date and how it is shipping (UPS Next Day Air).

    I AM AT PEACE WITH MYSELF!!!!!

    (No - I did not progress beyond "Processing Items")

    I have come to the realization that probably because of my decision on that fateful April 10th morning when I decided to order my 42mm Stainless Steel with the Black Sports Band, I will not be receiving it tomorrow along with all you lucky guys and gals. (Let's be realistic - it is well after 7PM here on the East Coast and even though there might be people at Apple's offices who are updating statuses and running credit cards, I am sure that Apple is not paying its warehouse workers in the Eastern Time Zone to work all night getting our beloved Watches out.)

    Congrats and hope you who get your Watches tomorrow enjoy them. And that you take a few moments to think about all the others who either (1) did not get them on Release Day or (2) even worse still don't have a freaking clue when theirs will arrive!!!

    Agree With you I'm in the exact same boat. It *****, just the luck of the draw that the black sport band caused us to miss day 1 shipments.

    Hello all.

    Of course I ordered the 42 stainless model with the loop band at exactly 12:01am from the apple app. However I quickly got the May 13-27th delivery time. Nothing has changed on my account other than 'processing". For you early birds who are getting it tomorrow let us know how the watch is. Delivery experience and excitement and all. I was hoping to receive it early for a bday gift for someone, but will have to be patient and wait.

    WHERE IS IT? Ha Enjoy all. You never know. It could magically appear at your door Friday-Monday. Ding dong... SIgn here....

    It is the 42mm SS with the black sports band that is the death of me! Looks like I'm wearing my microsoft band (which is junk BTW) again! UGGGHHH!!! Stuck at processing as well

    BTW - in case you have not noticed (too much time spent in this iPhone Accessory community) THERE IS NOW AN APPLE WATCH LISTING with three separate boards!!! (NOW - if we could only get the watches so that we would have something to ask questions about!!!!!)

    Yeah I was not expecting a miracle but I have to say I did get my hopes up when I heard people that showed even June estimated shipping dates were reported to be starting to see "preparing for shipment" statuses. I woke up early the morning and decided that I did not need to spend the money.  Then at 10am central time I broke down and ordered a 42mm Space Gray Sport with black band (on April 10th).  So, here I sit, envious of those who will see their watches tomorrow.  I still hope to see my watch well before June but now I worry that I got my hopes up for no reason.  Its even worse that I know some of those that showed "available to ship June" statuses are seeing movement.  Because, now I am going to expect it before then even though its no guarantee.
