Bluetooth not seen in Windows

Just tested the new macbook 12 inch can only install bootcamp on usb2.0 thats werid thanks for the tip would have never guessed that.

Having the same problem. I could really, really use a solution.

A laptop with only 1 port for charging means that Bluetooth NEEDS to work.

Here is all you need to know..... I ordered a Dell XPS 13 today...

Apple does not have BC drivers for the BT/WiFi radio yet. You may be able use BT, if you run a VM using the BC partition, till the drivers are available.

I called Apple Support and logged in a case for this issue. I think if enough people call in and report the problem it might get us a bootcamp driver update sooner from Apple.

Getting back to the BT issue for the MB 12... for now, I've just attached a USB hub and placed a BT dongle to use for my mouse and keyboard while the internal BT functionality is inoperable. The dongle works like a charm. You can pick one up for a few bucks.

If OSX/Windows disk is GPT-only, then your installation is UEFI. One test would be to create a Hybrid MBR and run the Windows Installer and check in msconfig.

i found not definitive solution.

with a Trust usb bluetooth dongle, in a usb 2.0 hub ( doesn't work in usb 3.0) i just connected a magic mouse.

but is not accettable that Apple dont provide

Any idea if now that Windows 10 has been released, apple has planned to release BT drivers for MacBook 2015?

use the latest bootcamp 6.0, it will detect bluetooth in windows 10 on your macbook 2015

I just updated to bootcamp 6 on my windows 10 pro on macbook retina 2015 12inch.

Now the system recognizes bluetooth.

I tried to connect my apple magic mouse, the system sees the mouse but when I try to connect it, it tries forever, and the mouse doesn't get paired.

The mouse works fine on mac os X.

I tried to pair the same magic mouse via blootooth on other two computers with windows 10 installed on them, and the mouse works perfectly there.

I suspect there's a but in the apple magic mouse drivers in bootcamp, don't think it's the bluetooth driver, although not absolutely sure.

I tried to pair another computer via blootooth on my mac on windows 10 and it works just fine, that led me think the apple magic drivers of bootcamp have some problem on windows 10... any suggestion would be very welcome!

There is an issue with BT pairing and link keys that are generated when devices are paired. The simpler method (which does not always work), is to unfair the mouse from OS X side, such that it has no paired devices at all. Pair to Windows first and then once functional, pair it to OS X and test both sides.
