Q: Backup Error

I try to backup my iPhone but sends me the following error message "iTunes could not make a backup because the iPhone disconnected " but my iPhone is connected to my PC.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Hi lrSosa,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you are having trouble making a backup in iTunes. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
