I have a red notification bubble above recent tab on phone app saying I have 2000000000 missed recent calls?
It also doesn't show me my recent calls.
iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Hey Applerocks10,
Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you have a notification bubble and cant see recents in the Phone app. When you select recent is it a blank screen? If you press home to exit out is the bubble still there? I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
