How to report a inappropriate app found in the App Store on a iPhone?

I was on the App Store the other day and I found a app that I thought was inteeating enough to try out. Turns out the app was not very good at all. It was poorly managed (neglected almost) and there were several underage kids on the app and there was inappropriate content on the app that should not be shown to kids under a ceartain age. I am very concerned about more children being exposed to the app and I would like to know if there is any way I could report the app itself to apple or someone who will look into it.

Thank You

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3

I wonder if Apple is in need of some help.

I’ve reported several fake/scam apps and all I get is ******** replies and ******* worthless promises.

My above reply is 18 months old, since then Apple have re-designed their website. You can still contact iTunes Support via that link, or via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here, or via https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Or for things that you haven't bought you could try the feedback pages : http://www.apple.com/feedback/
