When i got a used and unlocked phone got past everything until it asked for me to "Choose,backup" It wont let me select anything. Help?

I got a new Iphone 4s, and I loged into my account perfectly. But after i agreed to the Terms and Agreements, it asked me to choose a back-up. But when i tried, it wont let me. Help!
