i have an iPad for my POS. So i have multiple employees using it at one time. Is there a way to lock the iPad so the home button or exterior power button does not work? So the POS software s the only thing they can access?

If you want even more restrictions you should look at Apple Configurator or other mobile device management systems (OS X server has Profile Manager that is similar to Apple Configurator).
