I recently made a new apple id and i deleted my old one, turns out i left my Find My Iphone on and now i cant access my new icloud. There any way to factory reset my iphone 6+? its showing up that i need to enter in old id password.. non existent...😝

If you have Find My iPhone enabled then you will need to enter the account's password to log out of it - factory resetting the phone will not remove the phone from the account, after doing so you will have to enter the id and its password to reactivate the phone.
If you can't remember its password then you should be able to reset the password via http://iforgot.apple.com, either by answering the account's security questions or via email.
If you can't do it via iforgot then try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset the password : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

it wont let me because the old password is gone
By 'password is gone' you mean that you've forgotten it ? If you've updated your password then the new password should work for logging out, unless you've updated the primary email address on the account : If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support
