shift locked on

Hi all,

I have a macbook air late 2010 model, A1370.

I have a problem with the shift key that is locked on and the Caps Lock that is inversed.

I have tried to change my keyboard, but it did not change anything. I am now stuck in windows, because at the startup my alt key does not let me chose my startup disk.

Is there anyway to chose your startup disk from windows when you restart. I do not have bootcamp installed as I cannot find the right version.
