After update to iOS 8.3 all my books disappeared from iPhone.

TThere are no books in iBooks on my iPhone. But my iPad does have the books after the update to iOS 8.3.

why is there a difference? Why did this happen at all? How can I get them to sync again?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.3
