HOW DO I GET PLEX TV ON APPLE TV3
HI I have just got apple TV and would like to wach my movies via plex TV on apple how would i add in Plex app to my apple TV

You can't. at this time there is no user available app store. You might try contacting the vendor provide feedback, but that will not result in any immediate action.
On the other hand, you may be able to use Airplay to send it from your iPhone or iPad to AppleTV. http://www.apple.com/support/appletv/airplay/
